My name is Dave Lancaster. Most of my working career has been in the manufacturing, fabrication, and engineering fields. When not working I've always had a passion for woodworking and home
improvement projects. Over the years I've built many pieces of quality wood furniture, including custom cabinets. I've also done many home remodeling and repair projects from the simple to full blown kitchen and bath remodels.
With encouragement from my family and friends I've decided to pursue the things that I really love doing. That is, working with my
hands, solving problems, and helping people with their home repairs and projects.

I know many people share the same problem. That is, how to get some professional help for their small home project. Many times, contractors are focused on the big jobs and cannot be bothered with the small ones. When you are lucky enough to get a quote, the prices tend to be high in order to make it worth their time.
This is where I come in. These small jobs are my primary business. Whether it’s something as small as replacing a light switch or as big as a bathroom remodel. I am reliable and will do quality work at a price that is fair.
